Awwww yeah. Itd be awesome if that diesel makes it here, wonder how tuner friendly it would be.

Pretty ugly...I'm so sick of cars that have great fuel mileage but look like they got bludgeoned to death with the ugly stick...why is it so hard to make an attractive car with great fuel mileage...oh wait, I don't give a crap about gas mileage.

![]() The more I look at the Mazda the more I want it. As for Diesel I just about every station I visit here in the state of WA has a diesel pump, they're everywhere. Heck there's even several in the Seattle area that pump biodiesel. That might also be part of the reason that Merc/VW/Audi TDI's are very popular around here (that and people can afford them). |

If Mazda brings back the rx7 with the new 16x. I'm sure I've got plenty of time to enjoy my brz until then.

Not so much as loyalty, as it is a grown companionship, I am the only person who can open up my 86's driver door, knows how to not grind reverse, and knows how to brake ever so correctly after a raining so the water build up in my sunroof doesn't splash down my back. |

![]() Anyway, that's what makes the SkyActive diesel so impressive is that it's like a petrol engine with an ultra low compression ratio, higher rev range and extended torque curve you get all the driving pleasure of a petrol engine with all the torque and efficiency of a diesel. But, this is only bench racing after all, I'll believe the skyactive-D hype once I've actually driven one... until then I'll just enjoy my FRS...

The single biggest complaint I have of just about every car in the 40+mpg club is they have no punch, no "go", except for the TDI's.
