WRX/Impreza Mags

Found a company in Hawaï who did 8 stickers for me for 32 bucks including shipping.
I've got 4 16" used steelies with plastic fake mag hubcaps that fit the BRZ/FRS up for grabs, any offer welcome.

Got some Nokian Hakka R Winter tires, and got oil sprayed rust proofing.

Using the stock rims, I figure these will be my winter rims and I'll get some nicer looking ones in the spring.

I think I am good to go for the winter eh?

Garage
my car is showing up next week and winters are going on it before i even take delivery.

i used to drive my slammed M3 in the winter and when i was a kid i used to drive an old 2wd F150 with bald tires, this car should be a breeze at stock ride height with some decent tires.

Did the same thing, Hakky Nordman used tires 5000km for $200 on steel rims.
WRX Impreza Legacy mags are all the same, 4 for $250 at the scrapyard in Carignan, having them powdercoated at ADN, behind the Costco in St-Hubert tomorrow. Andy does really good work.
wow retired and drive a 86. you're probably the coolest senior on the road!

45 cm of snow received between Christmas and New Years

Snows let us survive the 45 cm of snow we received between Christmas and New Years. Got the stickers to cover the silver Subaru WRX mag centre caps.

Even with snowtires, your tail will slide out.

Life of RWD.

I have hakka 7 studded tires, and you DON'T want to remove the nannies when the streets are crowded. The car is really stable with the nannies on. i took a corner (snowy, not icy) a tad too fast on purpose (90 for a recommended 65, in a 90km/h zone) to test them out and the car braked by itself and took the corner effortlessly.

Don't forget though that ice is ice, and unless your car is on skates you'll be waiting for a tow truck (or an ambulance) if you drive like a jackass in winter. But drive with common sense and the car will be so much fun! The tail slips out just enough at every roundabout/corners for you too smile all the way to work every morning

Hey guys please update the review thread with your tires. If any of you bought X-Ice 3s, a little review would be lovely.

On boxing day found an empty extremely large parking lot to play in. Haven't had so much fun since my 69 4 speed Muncie 350-350 Malibu. Forgot what drifting really was.
