But for a daily driver under running any of the components is not going to be good in the long run. |

Take a dump and empty the rubish out of the car before you drive and it would have more of an effect on perfomance than this thing :\
or give me your $1000 and ill magicly give your car an extra 2hp.

By judging the pics online, Toda has taper bored the outer and straight bored the inner. Cusco is 67mm (stock is 65mm) which is just a straight bore and Toda is 68mm. Toda has the "venturi" effect so theoretically it is better.
There are a few american companies who can bore the TB with DBW so it will be a much cheaper alternative but there will be down time , I am sure they won't have a core. |

Knowing they do a flywheel makes me happy in the pants. Throttle body I'm more meh on. At least until someone brings out some bigger cams.

The throttle body certainly does do a little to help with throttle response and some power increase, however, that comes after all the other bolt-ons you can do. On top of that, tuning will help extract the most out of the setup. This is one of the last mods you would do to the car. Although others have seen great gains from their uber beast NA build or boost (solves all HP problems), it does not mean it will translate the same way to our basically stock FA20. The FA20 comes with a nicely sized TB from the factory already.

Some people just don't understand that when you want more hp and better reliability, you DO have to spend more money. I think that that all these companies that make aftermarket parts are doing great. Besides, this isn't a honda or a chevy.... parts are not cheap nor all over the place.

its funny because if you had a mustang and wanted a new TB it would cost you like $200. Why are parts so damn expensive for this platform? I guess supply and demand huh?
