Open that page and see the first post. It contains a link where you can buy an adapter that will convert the 12x1.25 to 8x1.25. That will make any MT shift knob fit on the AT rod. The price of the adapter is $2.50.

You welcome!
So, since we have already found out conversion from 8-12 does not work, here is an adapter from 12X1.25 to 10X1.25

This one I'm pretty sure it works.

Anyone with an Auto care to give it a try? @rhood168

I feel like if you bought an automatic, you are stuck with that shift knob, that is the shame you bear for buying this car in automatic!

Apparently all humor is dead on the forum, they must have added that to the rules. Ease up chief. I am messing around with him, he got the information he wanted LONG before any of us posted and I was just cracking a joke, no harm no foul, he even joked back. You know it is ironic that you say I am not helping him out with information and then do the exact same thing.

Guy with the automatic who started the post. Keep on driving!

My bad. It is the internet where tone doesn't translate too well. The humor lessens as ****s creep their way in. I've been dealing with a bunch on real life today so it influenced how I read it

Read enough auto vs manual threads or threads that turn into one and you get a bit cynical as well. Lol

Got it a few days ago fits very nicely. 10x1.25 it is. Just in case anyone want to swap out for a different shift knob.
