If you like the way the car handles with 0 camber, trust me you'll like it MORE with a little negative. It went from taking corners well to getting sucked into corners like it's being pulled. The difference is insane, it's been a couple of weeks and it still makes me grin.
Personally, I'm not a fan of the lip sticking that far out either. I'm also not a fan of wheels that are wider than necessary for the tire. My wheels are 9" wide, but +28mm offset and they stick out too much for my tastes. Yours stick out 3.65mm farther than mine, with 0 camber. I changed to a lower eccentric bolt and now it looks much better, but still not how I want it (I never planned for these wheels to be permanent anyway). You'll notice a lot of people are going staggered: 8.5" front and 9.5" rear. The few I've seen with 9.5" in front are often lower offset than this and are using camber bolts or something to that effect. TIC has 9.5 +30 with 255s all around and somehow it looks great. They do have camber bolts/plates, though. I believe this car has a wider front track also. So that combined with a narrower fender means that "square" wheel setups aren't going to look the same front/back. If you swapped to 8.5s all around, the front would be perfect and you'd need spacers in back to get that same flushness. Please rotate pics before uploading. That's just good form.

I recently bought my exhaust from a guy with these wheels in 17x8 +45 (wrapped in 245 RS-3s) and they are still pretty well tucked into the fender. Not nearly so much as stock, but it's certainly not flush with the edge, if that's the look you're going for. I don't know what all the size are for RPF1s, but I think 8.5" might be more what you're looking for.

I'm on the opposite. My 9.5+38 rear sticks out a little like your front. I don't understand why I seem to be the only one..... (Lowered on kw v3 with cusco lower arm)
I'm running 8.5+38 at the front and its flush with -0.75 camber. |

By my rough math you'll only get ~7mm from 1* of camber, but even if you do get 9mm from a single degree you would need over 3.5* to get enough clearance for 1.25" (~32mm).
