I just talked to the supplier. They quick ran a few bars to replace the ones that got out I know aren't quite right. Those folks who got one that had an issue will get new bars shipped tomorrow.

They will not have bushings, because bushings came with the bars you have right now, no need to get a second set.

I'm going to disappear now as I have to get some addresses over to get this done. Again, I apologize and I am working to fix it. I guess I'll also remind folks I am a Whiteline dealer, so if you get in too much of a wait, I can set you up with one of their solid bars instead. I'm not one to sit here and say my way is the only way.
Hey Sam! Any estimates on when bars for those of us who ordered would likely ship?

Sam had said to discard the old bars. Is anyone else that got these early bars also on KWv3s?

Sad to hear people trying to undermine a good, honest guy that obviously makes things right... I'd be ticked off, too...

The first bars, the ones that just don't fit.... do what you wish, make modern art. As for the bars you just got, do not discard them, and please read the following:

We are making one final tweak. Tom got his, and because the car is lowered and the bar mounts are about 1.5" further down we still had a very small issue. However, on a stock car there seems to be no issue. So if you are stock ride height there should be no issue, but I need to know if there is. Again, this all stems from an issue in bending because my car is lowered, and had no such issue. And Jadrice seems to have no issue on his non-lowered car.

I know this is a pain (trust me, I know). Once we have this licked I can do full runs. The trials and tribulations of the little guy. I don't have a lot of cars to test on, just my own.... No pre-production stuff from Subaru or Toyota here.

It's the sway bar endlink mounting tab on the KW Variant3 that is very different than the stock struts. That mount is about 1.5" lower on the KWs than on the stocks so it adds an interference issue with the lower control arm. Obviously Sam has the same setup (KWv3 lowered) so this last batch still was bent wrong but if you are on stock struts or other front struts that keep that tab closer to stock OR have adjustable endlink, the second batch of bars should work just fine as the bar will operate entirely above the LCA.

I'm at stock ride height and want one of Sam's bars. I don't care what version, so long as it does all the things a sway bar is supposed to do...

I'll buy one today if it's available, or wait until 2013, it doesn't matter to me.

Great tires or not, this car needs a stiffer front bar to balance out the over steer for autox. Looking forward to an affordable product come spring time. Some of the better sway bars for many cars have been from independent/smaller places because they design based on what the track/autox people need.

Talk to Sam about this (call him). I only have one set of bushings that I'll be using so either you'd have to get another set from him or drill your stockers out.
