Maybe this an indication that FRS/BRZs are different for those sent to Canada. i.e., different names.

Also, I thought it was widely known that the measurement for fuel consumption is L/100km in countries where they use the metric system

It's also widely known that they use the lowercase letter for all measurements...

Anyway, perhaps a trip to the dealer will fix this for you.

1 miles / gallon (US) equals 235.2 Liters / 100 kilometers


(35 mpg = 6.72 L/100Km)
