@GeeTee86....nice .... getting the colour right is a problem ... mine is not 100% match (the panel beater did mention that it will never be 100%) ... even toyota have a problem with matching the bumpers to the rest of the car.

Thanks, I'm not more confused than ever. I see the BRZ one then start liking it A LOT then the TRD and it's the same story over again. TSA should have chosen one and then made it standard on all cars. Would have made life easier.

Scion FRS/GT 86 spoiler arrived, took 4 days from date of order to arrive in from US.
Carid kept me informed daily of the shipping progress and met all my expectations from customer services to delivery. Highly recommended online service provider. Www.carid.com

The product is exactly as advertised and the paint work done is superb, exact match to the 37J Satin Pearl White on my car.

Cost to land in Sa
R4600 spoiler, painting and shipping to my door
R1090 duties and vat. ( this was more than anticipated)
Damages R5690, not sure compared to the TRD price installed, so until I get that not sure if price is worth the import or not.
What does make this spoiler worth every cent is how it looks on the vehicle. Will have installed next week.

Hi

If you look at the boot on top, the space right and left are not the same. I tried heating the tape up a bit to shove it. I think I moved it 0.005mm ..

And if you look really good at the front, you'll see that it's also not aligned. I should have taken it to my own panel shop and not let Toyota do it. When I phoned the guy afterwards he couln't even remember how he did it. Why??..because he didn't. He probably just sent it to the nearest panel shop...

Hey SAV, I took pics with the spoiler resting on the boot, just to check what it looked like and verify paint matched. Fitment will happen next week, there are 6 holes to be drilled, so a little nervous.
With part of the audio modification I am doing we are looking at fitting a veld cover over the boot hood to hide, with possibly a upside down 86, so when the boots opens you see a 86 with the amps and sub. Maybe getting a bit carried away. LOL.
The 86 is however a toy to play with.....
