GF Performance Chip Kit?

These guys are making a chip for our car. I don't know anything about this kind of stuff, but are these numbers possible just by a chip? And for such a low price? Seems kindof fishy..

Here is their Scion TC Chip:http://www.gfchips.com/sciontc.aspx

Also, I checked out their other chips on the site.. the Ashton Martin chips are the same price as the TC's. lol

Just read and whether you know a lot of a little about tuning, some things just need to make sense when you read them and this isnt one of them, it says 'two wires that plug into the IAT, then programs your ecu by increasing performance" . That sentence alone is the biggest grammatical inconsistency i've read in a while. How can someone program an ecu by increasing performance, it would sort of be the other way around, you increase performance by programming the ecu. Re-flashes for these cars run around 800+ and this is about 70 bucks.
