My wish list is short:

Coilovers or aftermarket shocks and spings

camber plates

front lower control arms and

rear adjustable upper control arms

and a tune
Doesn't the tune bump you to SP or SM?

Took my FRS to the top of Pike's Peak this morning. Was pretty windy at the top and a bit chilly (38 degrees) but otherwise absolutely beautiful.

I know that my friends' STR cars have tunes, so I know a tune is ok.

Here is the rule regarding what can be done:

The engine management system parameters and operation may be
modified only via the methods listed below. These allowances also
apply to forced induction cars, except that no changes to standard
boost levels, intercoolers, or boost controls are permitted. Boost
changes indirectly resulting from allowed modifications are permis
sible,
but directly altering or modifying the boost or turbo controls,
either mechanically or electronically, is strictly prohibited.
Traction

control parameters may not be altered. Any standard OBD communications
port functionality must remain. The Check Engine Light
(CEL) or Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) may be disabled via software.
Alternate software maps which violate these restrictions may
not be present during competition, regardless of activation.
1. Reprogrammed ECU (via hardware and/or software) may be used
in the standard housing.
2.
Supplementary (“Piggyback”) ECU may be used subject to the
following restrictions:
a. Connects between the standard ECU/PCM and its wiring harness
only.

b. Must be plug-compatible with the standard ECU/PCM (no splices)

The only part that of I am uncertain is about the traction control parameters because that be refering a launch function (like the ecutune can offer).

The only part that of I am uncertain is about the traction control parameters because that be refering a launch function (like the ecutune can offer).
The launch control thing I could see as a possible issue. Could always ask the SCCA rules board, or just get the tune with no launch control/ flat foot shifting programming on. Otherwise, with those features present, even if inactive, could run you the risk of getting disqual'd if anyone calls you on it, because "Alternate software maps which violate these restrictions may
not be present during competition, regardless of activation.
." So you can't get your FRS tuned, drive to the track, switch back to factory tune and run in Stock Class. But that's a whole other can o' worms.

Three hours detailing the car....that's not including the interior or engine compartment...don't think I have the energy. Got bored before thanksgiving stuff so drove up to the Sedona exit and came back. Think I'll go cruise the town now.

I'm having no luck buying a muffler. I'm not finding anything in auto stores, and the shops I went to wont just sell parts. I may just have a shop do it.
