First impression was .... "well, now I see what Jack has been doing with all the parts left over from his 5.0 conversions ..."

Even the name Roush isn't enough. Any one that buys a Mustang without a V-8 in it is guilty of sacrilege.

Lets straighten something out first in regards to Solid rear axle; for track use SRA performs better than IRS in terms of straight line performance. When it comes to corners there's only a problem when theres interference on the inside wheel, the 302 did a good job at proving the differences between SRA and IRS are a small part of the equation (not to say it's not integral, as the ZL1 is nothing short of an anomaly at over 2 tons.)

Aside from that the Roush looks insane and the V6 mustang has come a hell of a long way. Still though, if I were buying a mustang you better believe it'd be a V8

I dig the new stangs look and performance but i like light nimble good gas milage small sporty rides. the stang is just too beefy for me personally. yes i see a lot of them where i live but i also live in an area that when its cold most people drive subarus which to me is a good sight n the daily hearing catless turbo back exhaust wrx's and sti's driving past ma house

of course i also live in fart cannon land. so there are a lot of brokeswagens with big loud exhausts and are junk driving past my house as well as D15C powered civics with 5 inch exhausts. which also is equally annoying lol. personally im the only FR-S/BRZ in my county ive seen. ive met one member on here with his white BRZ at a car meet last week which was awesome. but other than that during the summer people bring out there mass amounts of vettes and stangs and porsches around me.

back to topic lol i like the mustangs new look since the release of the new 302. and love the power it has. but its just not a "me" car. also in my area they are verry inexpensiive i see 90-99 go for 3-6k. 2000-2008 8-15k and 2009+ go for average of 17-24k brand new of course is more.

I love Mustangs but it needs a V6. A key factor to a muscle car is push to the seat performance and sound. There only one or two muscle cars that don't need the V8 (GNX) but since a mustang is know for its muscle car look and power you mostly defiantly need a V8.

Its sort of symbolic, it can have good performance and the V6 mustang is a good car but i just can't call the V6 a muscle car. Maybe sports car.

All they care about is the content of my post, which is that Roush will be releasing a new version of the mustang in a V6.
Wow man fair enough. It's your opinion. But some of us Americans are proud of Ford and what they have accomplished. And for you to make that statement. Blasphemy!!!!

Awww man I see you from Tennessee. That's all they roll down there! Fords and Chevys. and BTW ROLL TIDE!!!!

May be fun to drive but everyone and their mother has a Mustang. Being a Roush doesn't make it any more special to me as far as that point goes.

That being said, I would love to drive one. ^_^
