Suspension, suspension, suspension.

That means tires, wheels, sways, springs and struts, possibly braces. Give me that, then with some basic bolt-ons not to make the car necessarily faster but get rid of what will obviously be a lame stock sounding machine, and I'll be happy. I have my 'Rex to turn into a 300+ whp machine.

Definitely going to serve auto-x duties for me. Going to look into weight reduction and suspension as soon as I get her.

new suspension (depending on stock track suspension) I like it stiff. New sways. Lighter wheels (one piece: Weds or Advans...possibly Volk forged 18") better tires depending on what it comes with. Might just use up the stocks first. Exhaust and intake for sure. delete the cats. That's about it for now. Maybe get a nice seat just for me.

If I'm buying a new car, I keep it OEM. If the car doesn't do what I want it to do then I buy a car that does.

I've modified a fair few cars, it's fun, expensive and you never get the money back. Also on a new car you invalidate your warranty.

It's a great if all consuming hobby though, but i've been there done that and got the t-shirt so I just keep my cars standard.

me the first thing im going to do is leave it stock until the warranty runs out! wisest thing to do in case these cars have teething problems! but afterwards im putting 19 inch Wolk TE37Vs, Quad mufflers out the middle like pagani zonda. Then carbon-fibre everything. Front lip, rear diffuser, wing, interior dash etc.

Mechanically i will be handing my vehicle over to a local workshop so they can do R+D on it, that way i get free parts lol! and custom/1st person to have new aftermarket parts! But exhaust will be larger, 3.5inch. Wider wheels with low offset, lowered using coilovers around 50-100mm depending on how low the car is from factory.
