John - I realise you are under pressure but abusing your customers is not good. They are your life blood and you have chosen to take their money. Much as it may be frustrating, you will always have hassle if you run a business. Greg appears to ask some valid question, especially about the purchase of the licence but all you have done is throw vitriol in his direction. Count to 10 buddy because some of your recent replies appear to suggest you are close to losing it.

I don't know if your mistaking me for someone else but I have NEVER called you 10 times in an hour. maybe 3-4 within 30 minutes but never 10. Your really testing me right now John, I have been more then patient... then you CALL ME OUT to call you at a MORE decent time. And your going to pull this?

And do you want to hear something funny, Your asking me to give you a break for something that never happened, do you hear me ASKING for a break that I have PATIENTLY waited 2 months for what I paid for?

I kinda got a break when i was at SEMA, so I'm good.
