07+ STIs use motul 90 PA
for our car I put in Motul Gear 300 75W90, lovin it yes quieter 100% synthetic ester based oil, good stuff |

We changed our diff fluid at 500 miles, and look at what came out.
Amsoil Severe Gear / Redline Gear oil / Motul Gear oil As long as GL5 synthetic, it will work well with our Torsen rear diff.

I switched mine out today, had alot of metal particles, used Motul oil from NoLimit...
