My BRZ is scheduled to get them installed on Monday 11/12 along with a full exhaust.
The benefits I've heard are;
1) aerodynamics / smooth airflow under car
2) quieter / less road noise
3) gas mileage

Are we sure these panels aren't affected by the RHD/ LHD difference between Japan and the US?

Its hard to tell how well the coverage is. I'm thinking of getting them more for over-all protection (for the eventual rallycross or trip to tahoe). I'd love to get some of the Carbing stuff, but they are just so F'n expensive.

I'm guessing you got these from Mann Engineering, if so, how much was installation? How do you like them so far?

UPDATE: Installation didn't happen due to fitment issue on "over pipe" part of Miltek exhaust system. Waiting for new part, then exhaust & panels will all get installed.

it's possible they might protect from "salt" splashes
from the roads in snow belt states,however just washing the undercarriage
every week will take care of that!..just sayin'

Mine's held up great since installing it. Just looking through this thread and some questions that were asked. Yes they fit perfectly on our LHD cars perfectly, at least in stock form. No gmooker, your BRZ didn't come these from factory. They aren't dead weight, unless you consider anything aero to be dead weight, might as well throw away all your exterior panels as well.

I live in Chicagoland. I wash my car weekly. It WILL protect from road debris and be helpful. Just curious on fitment.
