I'm a statwhore. Here are my fuel economy graphs, complete with distance travelled, fuel consumed, and price since I purchased the car June 9th. I also overlayed my mods on these charts.

I believe only the tires made a noticeable difference in fuel economy. Also note my driving habits have not been constant. I've been a wee bit more aggressive after the exhaust got put on

Probably not groundbreaking news, but I like the way the fuel price is trending. I was out of the country in July. Right now I have 5263 mi on the odometer

Trip Computer Lifetime Average: 28.2 mpg

Installed the Radium catch can today.
Fabbed a bracket that wedges under the battery tray. Here are some quick observations after pulling the battery. Note I pulled it a few times

+Unplugging the battery resets your lifetime average MPG.
+It does not change the odo or both trip meters
+your gear display switches back to default which is off
+the rev indicator resets back to redline 7400 rpm
+bespoke does not lose it's settings, Bluetooth pairings, phone book, etc
+ the time resets to 1:00
+each time I did it, the drive by wire gas pedal felt much less responsive. Like i had to press hard to register throttle. Almost stalled it the very first time I drove after pullin the battery. I think the ECU is affected by the battery pull. Took a few miles for it to feel more normal.
+you have to try to start the car twice. The first time the car acts as if you didn't press the clutch. Try the 2nd time and it works
+you need to roll the windows down and up for the car to crack the windows when you open the door
+locks, trunks don't work without power

What is this you speak of?

The ECU gest reset with no power and needs to relearn. There was a shortcut on the WRX/STi that required holding a certain amount of boost at a certain RPM for a few seconds to make the ECU catch up right away. Otherwise, you have to drive a bit for it to go through some necessary cycles.

It's good to reset the ECU after installing performance mods so it can adapt to them better. If you really hate losing radio presets and all that stuff, you can also just unplug the ECU for a bit and plug it back in. Bit of a PITA to get just for this, though.

.

This is the setting where the car will tell you what gear you are in for manual gearbox cars. I find it useful because from time to time I forget what gear im in. It's one of those things you can set using the gauge cluster switches when the car is not on.
