If you could make one similar the Greddy SP Elite exhaust for under $500, they would sell faster than you could make them!

Single Exit straight bend exit with an angle out driver side. I don't care if the a hole on the other side, lightest possible.

Example:

For single exit, why most people like driver's side? What's the benefit? I choose passenger side, just thinking the tail bend to that way can balance the driver's weight a little.

Because it shortest distance from the catback less pipe, less weight, less bend no restriction overall.

i wish greddy would have made the RS a dual exhaust system but alas they did not. that would have been my dream exhaust system. next option was to go with the evo3 since my dream wasnt a reality

A simple design like the SEMA exhaust with bigger muffler(s) and central exhaust pipe before the muffler to avoid the last bend and save some weight.

I think the single out on the left for LEFT hand drive car is better, driver on the left and exhaust weight on the right, plus it shape some weight over all compare to dual. Moreover, the 86 only has a 2 liters/4 cylinders motor, single exit will make better exhaust tone after all.
