Also here is the link for all of you people who think you are losing HP by doing just a muffler delete. He also changed to a new mid pipe also.....

The argument against a muffle delete is not just about peak power, it's about power, torque, and WHERE that power and torque is. Going with a full 3" headerback exhaust might make an extra 15hp, but you'll gut the low and midrange torque of most any NA motor. So doing a muffle delete doesn't mean you'll automatically gain or lose power, but the loss of backpressure CAN cost you low-mid range torque. If you keep the rest of the exhaust system, the loss may be minimal, but with no cats and no muffler on a bigger diameter pipe, you WILL lose a more noticeable amount of low end torque but you'll gain some top end torque and power. It's all a matter of compromise.
Personally, I'm not chasing a peak hp number, nor am I trying to make this into a top speed car. So doing a muffler delete along with a huge diameter pipe, no cats and no resonator pulls power from where I need it and puts it where I don't care about as much.

Yeah candy apple is never cheap but I could probably get it done for around $3k with flake and done properly because it's red on red I really wouldn't care to much about the insides of the door and I like the idea of doing vinyl but I can't decide what I would do

I think I did gain some low end putting the magnaflow on the car coming from the muffler delete. Magnaflow is getting louder now that it's breaking in....sounds nicceee

That's some horse shit. I wanna go hang out there just to see a cop try to give me ticket for...being parked. I wonder what they are citing people for, or what business there is calling the cops. I can't imagine it's In N Out, since the people that hang out bring in a pretty large amount of money each saturday. Maybe one of the other local businesses is whining. Curious.

Holy crap, another firestorm FRS in Tucson. Since you're not Kevin, are you, by chance, one of the three red FRS' on base?
