No, seriously. It does. It's amazing. Both oil return and feed bolt onto the head. We did some serious work with this kit.

That really does sound nice, I want to see how this works for my own curiosity's sake.

Judging by the wiring harness just above, I'd say yes.

Turboback UEL exhaust? You mean turboback exhaust? The manifold is UEL already.

so with that pump placement does this become a manual trans only kit? or do you have a way to mount the AT vacuum pump and this?

Here's another shot of where the pump goes. Behind the passenger side head..

I wonder if this is where the pump would go on the factory turbocharged version of the FA20..

Interested in knowing performance on AT with this kit as well. This is currently top on my list of power adders

Good to know that there is room for upgrading in the years ahead

Would this work? http://www.avoturboworld.com/avoshop...ler-p-132.html

Looks like it would fit in the little whole in the dash below the AC controls.

@AVOturboworld-
What is the aprox install time for an average Joe? I'm by no means a mechanic, but have experience doing top-ends and turbo installs on my off road vehicles. I have no issues doing the work myself, and pulling in some friends if need be. Just curious to know how much time would be involved...

Thanks!

I asked this very early on, and the answer is with a little work yes it can be made external. One of my friends here is very experienced with cutting and welding the external mods onto them, and he is confident about this setup as well. as for a quick bolt on external.. I was told not applicable.

Ross could probably do an install in 3-4 hours, because he knows where everything goes and how it got there. Somebody doing it for the first time with the instructions is probably going to be between 6-12 hours depending on preparation and mechanical skills.
