Print out the TSB, take it with you, and make sure you tell them to follow the tightening procedure listed in the TSB.

I had a tail light replaced a few weeks ago and tonight the replacement is full of condensation. This car is an exercise in futility trying to get things fixed.

sigh... add me to the list, i got the condensation on the passenger side after it rained

Update: Took it to the dealer and they have the part in stock. They'll bring it to the garage where the work is done today and I can go get it replaced tomorrow. I'm actually quite impressed its in stock since there are only 5 GT86s in the country.

I just had the problem, and I took it into the dealer today. They will be ordering me two new tail lights I hope. We'll see what they do.

Took mine in a couple of weeks ago , they had to order the taillight. Taillight came in I took my car in on friday 10/26 and they replaced it. As the SA took me out to my car to pick it up I noticed condinsation on the new light already, he said to bring it back in a couple of months when i get my oil changed and just keep and eye on it. Im just going to fix the damn thing myself

I have this substance in my tail light, people tell me it is H2O vapor. I am worried as this sounds like it could be deadly. I feel like this is hurting my performance not only in the vehicle, but in life and in the bedroom.

I took mine out dried it out and re-sealed it. Sick of trips to the dealer.

i went to longo and said no wash please, soon to find out it had been washed and it had a buttload of swirls and scratches

to top it off, my car was then hand dried by "volunteer" highschool volleyball girls who did not know what they were doing (repeatedly dropping the microfiber towels and then wiping the car) and scratched up my hood and door and front fenders beyond recognition.

of course they offered my full detail and buff and what not but now it's not the same. NO MORE CLEAR COATTT!

ordered some new ones, have had condensation in both mine for some time now.

Worthy of replacement?

Funny thing is, I've never seen this before on my car, and I've checked numerous times when it rained. Is it possible that exhaust smoke (temp changes, common) could cause this?
