Count me in for a driver's side tail light. Just got off the phone with the dealer. They ordered the light, but it won't be in until mid-Nov, but they gave me no issues over the phone and didn't even ask for proof or anything so I'm happy with the service thus far.

My, right tail light did the same thing. Toyota fixed it for free but it took about 2 weeks to get in.

Started getting condensation in my rear passenger light after being in the heavy rain. Wow, my car has only gone 3800Km .... First sign of real vancouver rain and lights get messed up....

Well, I had both my tail lights replaced on 8/13/12 and ........

It's no where near as bad as the first time, but still getting condensation on the inside. The first time it was actually puddling up at the bottom of the light. Unacceptable either way.

the water on my frs coming from this crack:

It's very easy to fix(take an hairdryer and when there no more condensation, seal it with a silicone scealant!

Before having the techs put those tails back on; ask to take a look at it first... I had a little condensation happening on my passenger side lamp, but it was only that one time... Weird...

^ That is very similar to something that I had... Nonetheless, it is still internal condensation...

Dealer just ordered a new set for me. Told me they had issued a new part number for the replacement. Also, they are going to have to take apart the dash to fix a rattle.

I just made an appointment for the third round of replacements, as I continue to have condensation. If they don't solve it after this attempt, is there anything I can do myself to fix the problem? I'd prefer the dealership do it because that's what a warranty is for, but it seems that this dealership is having some trouble.

e: found the TSB posted ages ago, I'll take it apart and see if I have the crack from overtightening.

dealer washed my car after it was there for 2 days and i now have the condensation in one of my taillights.
