Is anyone shocked by the lack of a cold air inlet?

That makes sense. It really does look like the FIPK kits from K&N.

AEM is in no rush to get these products out and is doing plenty of R&D on these items. We are sure that they will publish data on these systems when they are ready. After speaking with George, they are well aware of issues other companies are having with intakes and are making sure they can deliver a product they can stand behind.

We look forward to bringing you some independent dyno testing, as well. I am just excited to see all the support and options that are going to be available for the car in the coming months!

Intakes for the sake of intakes continue to be just that.

i just can't believe the number of intake and dyno people are doing, i mean overall we are looking at a 3-5whp difference between each kit.

Any car i use to own never had that much dyno testing done. I mean people are even asking Dyno for some lightweight pulley, from perrin to compare with grimmspeed and other one out there.

It just blow my mind, from where i come, we finished the engine build and then you put it on the dyno, that's how you see if you did the right choice for your parts.

We spoke with George from AEM and got a sneak peak at some of their new products coming out for our cars. AEM will be releasing a new intake system, stealth cat-back exhaust, and front strut tower bar in the coming months.

AEM has been in the aftermarket game for many years, and we are excited for the release of these products. We spoke at length about their intake system and have high expectations for the quality and performance it will offer.

Take a look for yourselves

Do you know if they plan on getting it CARBlegal eventually? PA is one of the states who follow the CARB requirements.

dont worry, they used my BRZ back in earily June during the inital testing for 2 weeks. and this is the first thing they notice that many many of the other brand were running thier baseline with the hood open. which is the cause of their higher performance gain.

they run all their dyno with the hood down.

Can someone at SEMA tell AEM that the cover for that airbox is hideous?
