Well, your journal is easily the most helpful for me imo. A number of mods are exactly the ones I'd do plus great reference for DIY. I was guessing that you were doing a flash or air intake next...whatever it is go for it! I need your DIY guides!

That was an tripod mounted SB-600 using a sync cord. There was a Gary Fong LightSphere on there too. The SB-600 is kinda pale in comparison to the lens and body I used (D700 and 24 1.4G)

Flash is new for me; made it one of my 2012 new year resolutions to learn how to use all that stuff I bought in 2011 and let sit. So far so good lol.





I am about ready to post, but I'm gathering data for the feedback portion. Appreciate the kind words

Your most recent picture lead me to believe the front springs settled a few more millimeters? Gap looks pretty even front and back.
