Guy has never seen bumper to bumper traffic with people SPEEDING in a lane that merges to get a spot ahead then nearly causing an accident because the idiot ran out of driving room and decides to use the emergency lane really quick or run into a yellow stationary cone.

(If anyone has ever driven on the 22E trying to get on the 57/5 freeway you know what I mean).

As for someone not letting ME in. Basically the 91E jumping on the 710South with a fking honda ass tailgating. Switching lanes THROUGH the emergency lane then speeding up when there's a car infront of me and stays at that spot. Forcing me to brake like an asshole just to slow down and try to go behind him then this asshole himself slows down. So I'm blocked and nearly rear end the car infront of me just to get out. Or wimp out and be forced to exit.
