That's fine, just keep it inside the bumper and keep it black. The easiest thing to do is to use Gutter Guard. It costs ~$5 per roll. Check it!

And for the record, this:

Has much smaller openings than this:

So I really wouldn't worry too much, but from an aesthetics standpoint it's entirely up to you.

If anything damages your open FMIC or radiator it has to be a huge impactor...if not just take the time to inspect the fins every 2 weeks or so (odds are you looking and inspecting the car a lot as I am) and use a flat head screwdriver to straighten the fins out.

That's true for almost any cars, I'm not sure where you are going with that...

I must have pulled like 20-30 of these stupid moths out of my condenser the other day, only a couple on the paint which was weird, a few on the mirrors. It's like the car sucks them in?

I was looking at ProRican's build thread when I thought of this, so I stole his car's picture (so thanks to him), and excuse the poor photo-shop skills.

I think even something like this - replacing the mustache with a continuation of the same style from below the mustache - would look much better for the BRZ:

It's not a mustache, its a mouthguard for the boxer engine
