Sick nice ass gain. lol

Guess we just needa tweak the low end power with tuning or have the header fill in the low-mid range power

I did a very rough "eyeball" overlay of our two intake runs in excel. Bahrain is going to send me the drf file when he has a chance to go grab it so I can get a more exact comparison.

The only difference in mods between our cars in these runs is mine has an SRT HB exhaust... other than that it's AFE vs Injen.

The curves look very similar and the 8-10 whp gap I attribute to the exhaust difference.

I'm still going to try and get my hands on an Injen for my own dyno comparison, but from the looks of it... it makes probably around the same power as the AFE. In the case of BAH's car, it fixed his AF so that the car puts out more normal numbers. 145 whp is way too low for a stock car.

Also note this is his best open hood Injen run.

Hi. I may have missed it elsewhere but do you have a dyno with your Visconti tune with and without the Injen? This would be really useful as I may go that route if the gains are worthwhile. I have already signed up for the Vis tune and E85 but have no car to put it on yet! Thanks.

this whole thread is no good to me .. that baseline dyno is just too weird. 145 is the lowest I have ever seen.

Seems u haven't heard of rotational mass. How come a light pulley put some power on the dyno!?

What kind of gas do you have there? 145 is very low on the stock dyno it's possible the ECU had encountered some detonation along the way and the advance was down. I bet if you had reset the ECU before the stock run it would have been near 160 by itself.

FWIW, I did two pulls on a dyno with my car relatively stock. 152whp average. Pulled battery for 2 minutes, did 2 pulls, average 161whp. So unfortunately the battery pull on a 145whp baselin could have seen 15whp more just on that if its like my car and 5whp for the intake.

Interesting. I did back to back pulls with an ecu reset and the difference was 1-2 whp. That is weird.
