+25 in the rear will stick out and the +35 will a bit as well depending on the tire. I have 17x8 +38 with 255/40 on my car now (SSRs) and I can show you a pic. I'm actually switching to XXR527 17x8.25 +35 Thursday and can show you pics of the fitment of that though my car is lowered about an inch.

Michelin specs the OE Primacy HP 215/45/17 can be safely used with an 8" rim. In spite of this almost every other tire model from every other brand i've seen in this size can be used with a 8.5" rim according to spec. I wouldn't worry about going 8.25". .25" over spec is not even considered a stretch in the stretch community. Save your cash.

Stock lug nuts usually have a rounded seat and should not be used with aftermarket rims. you'll need a flat seat in order to install your wheels safely.
