For the Cal Coastal, they run:
Departs Long Beach
San Francisco
Santa Barbara
Catalina Island
San Diego
Ensenada.

But if you're located on the East Coast, there are some great deals over the next few months on East Coast Coastal Cruises and Carribean Cruises. In December there are week long Carribean cruises for as low as $500.
Wow that is very cheap, off to check that out. Thanks

I do a lot of tinkering, and my wife does art type stuff. One of my first projects is to make a custom shift knob for my BRZ. I also will probably make a iPhone dock to replace where the cup holder goes.

How strong is the material it prints?

It's pretty strong hard plastic. This is using PLA which is great, but not as strong as ABS which some 3D printers use. The main disadvantage of ABS is on larger prints it can warp/deform as it cools. The bond between the layers is very strong.

Makerbot will be coming out with the Replicator 2x early next year which will print PLA & ABS. It will also have Dual print heads so you can use two different colors.
