Yeah, those situations are always crappy... I had a family roll their Safeway cart into the rear bumper on my previous car. There wasn't much damage, save but some blemishes and scratches, but the problem was that they immediately said, "There is no damage, you're fine, you're fine." I thought it was pretty rude... at least start off with an apology and actually inspect before making that statement!
