This is good advise. I usually disconnect the ground on the battery when working around airbags. Minor inconvenience for piece of mind.

I should have mentioned that I did that as well. Haha. I forget where I found the writeup, but it had me pull 3 fuses.

Even better than fuses. I usually don't disconnect the batt, as I can't be arsed reprogramming the stereo. Depends on what wiring I'm fiddling with.

Can you guys point me in the right direction on where to buy the material at for this ? Where do you buy the carbon fiber type material at?

I love the look.

I've worked with di-noc before, and for those who never saw this in real life, the carbon fiber looks alot better than on picture, the material is 3d and when seen with both eyes it does have that 3d effect that real carbon fiber has, and I would even say it even look better than real carbon fiber because it's so constant.

I'll probably do that in the future.

nice.. love carbon film.
however found that after 4 months of having it on the heat has made it all come apart both on the interior and exterior parts- rear part where badge was, mirrors and front bumper section
i dont know if its just the 3m or not because they have adhesive backed and water spray back...
which one did you use?
