We were told it should arrive in Oct. but no date given. I worry it might be pushed back.

ordered april 20th. i'm being told December delivery now.

My dealer called me last Thursday, and said that they'd been told by SOA that production of BRZ was going to be increased for MY2013 by 2500 units. I don't recall the original target, but it seems like it was what, about 7500?

Their allocation was eight, and number seven just arrived this week. I'm order number ten at their shop; when I ordered (July) he estimated February/March, now he's thinking mid-December.

Just got off the phone with my dealer. I've been assigned a VIN and a eta of November 5th. Super excited! Anyone else in the southwest check lately?

Ordered mine from Reno NV (at end of June) and got a VIN a few days ago with oct 29 delivery date.

Indeed Ninjin! I'm the only GBS BRZ on order at the dealership lol... some 10-12 orders and 1 was lighting red, 1 GBS (mine), and the rest were pretty evenly divided between white and wrb.

I ordered a WRB MT Limited on 9/5. The dealer told me that he had two orders left for 2012 and wouldn't get any more for the rest of the year, so I took one. I just called last week and I'm still on the wait list, he also mentioned another one of his orders was on the wait list too (perhaps this is the other one of the two he offered to me?). Half of me would like the car tomorrow, but the other half thinks its ok that its taking its good old time. Hopefully if its got a late 2012 production date, a large majority of the issues could be resolved? Who knows...good things come to those who wait, right?

Do we think production is slowing as more and more of these problems are coming to a head?

Nice! It turns out my BRZ came in a little sooner than the oct 29th date I was given! I picked her up yesterday.

I'm guessing you ordered through Paul yea? Even if it takes awhile stick with 'em man. Paul and Michael and Lithia Reno Subaru took GOOD care of me and it was literally in and out super painless and smooth process to take delivery once I got there bright and early Sunday morning. They didn't stick on the front plate holder AND they didn't even sticker the window sticker to the window! so no need to worry about trying to take that thing off without residue or anything. I dunno man just great atmosphere and it was honestly the first time I felt comfortable in a dealership.

The BRZ I put an order for in March just arrived at the dealer apparently. 213 day wait time.

If anyone is looking for a Silver Premium MT, hit up Subaru of Richmond.
