1st CEL: replaced cam gear and ECU (811 version confirmed)
2nd CEL: flashed the ECU per Toyota's recommendation
3rd CEL: just occurred while my dealer was testing out the flash

I don't think Subaru or Toyota has a clue what's going on.
UPDATE:
As mentioned before, my 811 with a new flash did NOT resolve my issue. Toyota ordered a new ECU for me, and surprisingly, the model number is different.

Older 811 ECU: SU003-04522
New ECU, I just received: SU003-04568

Hopefully this resolves my issue.

That was me before. I snapped a picture of it previously. It's dark out now, but will try to take a picture of it tomorrow morning.

I can't believe they're letting this slide Neglecting your best customers is bad for business; it's not like you don't have other options. The GPS is probably a lost cause; other people were noting that electronics are really not Subaru's forte'. The chirping on the other hand, ftl.

Update on mine: Today around 7PM started my car up, started driving and not even a mile later my CEL turned on (not flashing, solid) AND the slip light. This is less than 100 miles after having it back from the fuel pump warranty replacement. Car will randomly idle like shit and dip as low as 300 RPM threatening to stall. Taking it in tomorrow, this is trip number 3 to the dealership

I had my car dip twice today to about 400 then go back up. Thought it was going to stall. Interesting since I have about 6k on my car now since my cel fix, new 811 ecu and Visconti tune...... let's see what happens.

I have my tune from Ferrari and I still have the dip I called Ferrari and they said that all tunes keep a lot of the stock program and just modify the fuel map and a few other things. I'm a classic car guy so I'm an ECU beginner at best tomorrow the dealership is going to flash mine and Ferrari said they would put the tune back on it for free because of the issue. If you come out on saturday I'll let you see how it came out.

Update: well got the car back today after new cel install. Runs good BUT I hear a engine knock about 2-3k under load. Only happens between that range. Will be contacting my soa rep and see what he says. Took it out of town for the weekend so I won't be able to return it till Monday.

NEW ECU!
So, I just checked my ECU (not easy to do), and it's a completely new version. I started off with an 810, then moved to an 811, now I have an 812. Sorry for the bad pic - it isn't easy to capture. I found it easier to just stick my phone up there, video a bunch of stuff, and capture it when the ECU came in sight

The new ECU ends in 812 - not sure if this has been posted.
