Do you know your version #? I'll check mine too. Luckily had my laptop in the trunk while all of this happened. Still want to make sure it's on a safe version # before flashing and causing another headache. Planning on flashing back to gas tomorrow afternoon. I haven't updated but there's always a slim chance that a prompt was up and my kiddo hit ok to make it go away to play a game etc.

John -- Do you have any experience working on cars that Toyota has re-flashed to deal with the CEL/idle issue? Will the CEL re-appear if those cars get flashed with your tune?

So... you got in on the group buy discount... after the fact... probably because the dude was cool about it. Then you later decide you aren't patient enough to wait and run to other vendors. So he tries to hold you to the deal, but ends up having to pay you to protect his vendor relationships and reputation. You should be so proud.

Umm...
Anyone with a tune file that starts with RR-105xx is safe to flash... Everyone need to update their software every time time they flash ( only once per day) You will have problems if you don't <---- read twice ! John |

Trust me... This isn't the only platform I tune and ecutek software isn't the only software I use. If I never tuned another BRZ again the community would hurt more than me. That being said I enjoy this community and your crazy ass posts speak more about you then it does about me. John |

So to be clear we should update even if we have an existing software / tune combo that is working flawlessly? Don't want to risk flies in the ointment unless I'm 100% clear that's the case since I have a working setup.
