I can lose wait easily that its ridiculous (so I don't care to get cut yet), but gaining wait properly is the real challenge for me.

This is the goal. This shot was taken in 2009 and since then I have not been as cut but I have gotten slightly bigger. I just wish it wasn't so damn hard for me to put on muscle!

that is fucking rediculous lol - i thin'll be staying away from posting any pics of myself

So i am down about 8 lbs since I started this thread. Ab definition is coming back along with veins on arms and calfs. My deadlift has gone up about 5% and my weighted pulls ups have gone from 5x25lbs to 6x35 lbs. I am loving my new diet due to its ease and success so far.

Bumping this thread rather than starting a new one. Sorry!

I was looking at pics of myself before I started working out, and WOW. I've lost probably 100 pounds, I'm probably in the best shape I've ever been in right now. I'll put together a before/after soon and post it up.

How is everyone else's fitness coming along since Summer is over? Ready for bulking season? Or are y'all waiting till after Halloween? lol

Well I made it below 330, actually I am at 271 as of this morning. I would like to lose my age in weight before the end of 2013 so I see 46 pounds off @$$ going away.
Me at 335, I would like to get back to 185 eventually.

^good job! I used the Myfitnesspal app for weight loss, it helped immensely. I use a food scale to measure everything exactly, and the app makes everything easy to track.

280ish -> 178

edit: sorry about size, uploaded from phone.

I'm the exact opposite. I'm only 140lbs and i need to bulk up. I managed to get to 162 once but didn't bother to eat right after that and lost all my weight gains.
