Sub standard, lacks attention to detail. Job performed by a person who should really reconsider what they want to do in life. Obviously not this.

Also if it was not your fault ask for diminished value check for the bad carfax . I got a check for 500$ for some scratches.

I have to respectfully disagree. When my rear bumper was repainted I saw the rear diffuser separated from the bumper.

No idea how, it's one molded piece.

OP: They won't be able to fix that without marring the texture. They won't order a new bumper for a little bit of over painting.

Instead, carefully tape the "walls" of the channel yourself, then tape a plastic "drop cloth" over the back and "diffuser". With just the base of the channel exposed, paint it black for a separated look between the diffuser and bumper.

Comon! I wouldn't have even taken the time to take pictures and post them on the forum to ask. My ass would have already been calling them back or driving there to tell them to redo it.

Just my 2 cents, I honestly wouldn't even go through the hassle of taking that back to have them fix it. It doesn't even seem noticeable unless you're face is right up next to it and I never ever ever look at that part of my car, personally. Like some people have mentioned, what they have to do to fix it might just cause a different problem that looks worse.

Some careful taping and the right solvent should cure that problem anyway.
That's likely what the paint shop would do.
