A safe, quality, long-lasting, not overly crazy powered turbo is the reason I am following this thread closely. |

Awsome job. I've been catching up with the thread, between work and spending time with the wife and son, it took me a couple days but I'm glad I did. I love the use of UEL headers and the whole set up you are using. Hope things are still going well. Can't wait for vids.:happy0180:

AVO I agree theres potential for power increase and tune as is but I say
"if its not broken don't fix it" I would love to see you guys focus more on driveability than power at this point, reason being that these numbers should be healthy for the transmission meaning every other component can remain stock and have a healthy life (mostly the clutch). I think 250whp is SPOT ON what I would look for in this car, especially with those sweet 222lbs TQ. |

interested to see the final piece. I have to agree that 250whp with that torque is just excellent, specially with all stock components. This should have been the way the frs/brz came from factory.

A hell of a fix for the torque hole and then some, and I am salivating over that exhaust note. Can't wait for this to get complete!

250whp is more than a stage 2 WRX, thats a TON of power for this much lighter car.

I say let's step back a bit, and let AVO do their thing. They KNOW what they are doing, and if they offer the package with more power it is because they KNOW components will hold up. Everyone just chill and let them do their thing. When all its said and done, everyone will be able to look at this kit and know they will not compromise their car. This is exactly what AVO is all about, reliability.

I'm sure AVO will offer different turbos for higher power. I hope the entry level stays conservative. I'd rather have a car that does 0-60 in 5 secs a lot of times than one that does 0-60 in 3 secs once. |
