Demon King Daimao? "Daimao" means "Demon King" in Japanese... so Demon King Demon King?

Google for a while...

Oh~~~~~ Ichiban ushiro no Daimao. Hm... I felt like that's more of Queen's Blade, High School DxD, Makenki genre
Ahem, like General Shogun.

I'm watching Urusei Yatsura on the youtube. Kind of an oddball series with a lot of overused cliche but it's presented decently.

Correction, modern anime copy Urusei Yatsura. lol iirc UY was early 80's anime and manga go way back to 70's, so it was pretty new kind genre

I'm fairly picky and usually watch the first 2 or 3 to see if I like it. Most end there for me.

I watched Another online earlier this year. It was pretty good with fantasy elements.
@ichitaka05 listed a ton that I've been meaning to watch. Of those that I've seen, a definite +1 on Ghost in the Shell SAC, Black Lagoon and Steins;Gate for being awesome.

I'm surprised that no one's mentioned Baccano! yet (or maybe they have). It's a one-season show set in the early 1930's United States. It has a great cast of characters, some fantasy elements and tells the story in a really interesting way (there's quite a few storylines that are all interwoven).

Prob cuz most ppl know Durarara more than Baccano. I have seen Baccano first and then watched Durarara, so I know both are great series and you get few teaser/joke in Durarara... IF you seen Baccano.

You may enjoy Boogiepop Phantom (psychological Thriller) or Hell Girl (still watching - but may fit into the same genre as Death Note).

lol if Zetsuen no Tempest becomes a yaoi fandom then I might have to watch something else. I thought the story looked interesting....at least.

and while we're on the subject of the new season:

Code Breaker and Shinsekai Yori both look promising too.

Shinsekai Yori kinda reminds me of "Higurashi no Nakukoroni" (When They Cry) it looks interesting for sure.

Thanks for the recommendation of Steins;Gate. Quickly became one of my favorite animes!

There's a movie coming out in spring! Can't wait

I tried watching Higurashi but absolutely hated the animation style... I'll give it another shot eventually...
