The ATS and the 3 series is what needs to be watched for. But I see a easy 3rd for any of the twins.

I'll bite. Because it doesn't make any difference. The car's performance is what matters. Every brand new model that isn't built upon a previous platform has its hickups. Just out of curiosity... do you own one?

Point taken. I don't own one yet, but I'm planning on it. I was about to get on a wait list when I started noticing all the talk about the hiccups and decided I'd rather wait until they get it all sorted. One of the reasons (for me) for getting a Japanese sports car would be the famous reliability...
