Is there a definitive answer on TPMS? Seems like it should be part of the info here.
According to my research here this is the Scion P/N SU003-00754, and this is the Subaru P/N 28103-CA000. Unfortunately, they're very expensive. Someone mentioned using the sensor from Amazon (search for VDO Redisensor) but it is unconfirmed if it works and if it's the 315MHz version. Some have opted for Tirerack's product ($62 each) but they are also still expensive. Anyone find a cheaper alternative? I don't want to swap over the stock ones at this time but would like to use them on the new wheels. Also, Does any one know if you can run more than 4 TPMSs? I ask because i'll have a track set and a street set. That makes for 8 TPMSs but if the TPMS ECU only is able to read 4 then it makes buying another set useless. Darren - apologies if this is OT. Please promote into a new topic if you feel appropriate. EDIT TO ADD: Took me a while but found some good info here http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?p=447331 Last edited by RYU; 09-18-2012 at 01:19 PM. |

@RYU - not off-topic at all. I am going to add the link to the first page of this topic for future reference.

Wow, very Impressive catalog of fitments. Keep up the great work. This is tremendous asset to the community and the most in-depth I've found on any forum with any platform.
Kudos to you and this community. |
