just a random question, do you try and re-engage the clutch in neutreal to respin the box up?

does anyone know if this aisin has tripple synchors on 1,2,3 gears?
rx8 has triple synchros, and i find i have to respin the box to glide it in to gear, but this was years ago, now i dont respin, i revmatch (owned the car for long enough to become second nature lol)
its not exactly imposible for me, but just a little bit of resistance, so spining the box allows it to go in easier
what i mean is
neutral - clutch engaged
blip throttle-clutch engaged (this spins the input shaft shynchors up)
clutch disengage (push down) in gear as engine/box spin down
if you cant get it in to gear like this every time something isnt right. this is done when the synchros are tight in the box
