Ummm, I think you're doin' it wrong. Nah, just kidding. If you got that bad of mileage you must be driving the car right!!!

2 days on the track. Pretty much flat out. I think it is hard to do less than 10 mgp on a tank, but I will try harder next time :-)

I'm puzzled. Can anyone offer some suggestions?

BTW, I'm at 1,400 miles on the odo and just checked the dip stick and the oil level is good and the color looks like new. Planning on changing out the oil & filter at about 2k with Royal Purple 0w20 and install the Perrin CBE. Still I don't think I should be seeing such low numbers in milage. Anyone else seeing anything similar?
In my opinion, there must be something wrong.
I am new also with 925miles, and have been trying to keep under 4k as most new owners. I run hard to the 4k... not much stop and go in city but take little runs. Heck half the time recently I will leave in 3rd and just pound turns to 5k and then leave in 3rd, around 3k for next curve. My point is that even thou I am not redlining only hitting 6k now and then, I am never really just cruising, (except when wife in car), hammering it up to 4k and off back up to 4k as soon as can. 25mpg average 2 tanks. I know I am driving it hard with a lead foot, I just can not see your driving being much harder than mine unless your 7k redlining every time. I would go dealer service and get them to check the injectors or something
Do you carry buncha heavy babes in car all time to add weight?
Let us know what happens.

Averaging 23.9 on the dash. Pretty much drive it hard. 6k shifts a few redlines a day and of course trying to chirp the tires half the time. Have the Visconti 1.05a tune and trd drop in air filter.

Just managed 38.56mpg at 65mph on a bit of a road trip. I am VERY impressed considering this is still a sports car.

My commute is about 2/3 city, 1/3 highway at the moment. Averaging about 25.5 mpg. I'm a pretty aggressive driver.

Hopefully this helps with your fuel economy man.

How are you guys calculating your fuel efficiency? via the computers display or are you tracking it by distance travelled at fill-up x gallons filled?

The average for my DD in busy commuting times is 30 mpg.
The other day, I drove 30 miles (15 miles one way. 1/2 city and 1/2 highway) at night when there is no traffic and averaged 43 mpg.
That's impressive.

Pretty consistent 28.5 MPG during my commute which is a 32 mile round trip split between city and highway with heavy city traffic northbound to work and mild traffic once I hit the highway. The traffic situation is reversed on the way home -- heavy on the freeway for the most part and light (downhill) city once I exit.

I measure via [miles driven]/[gallons added until pump stops]
The car computer pretty consistently over states the mileage by about 1 MPG
