The particular idea that they took from it is that this particular fungus somehow controls an ants mind and makes the ant move and die somewhere more suitable for the fungus to live. There is also a parasite that affects ants that makes them climb to the top of tall grass to be eaten by birds so that the birds become the parasites permanent host. The story in the game is that the strain mutated to affect humans or something like that. I remember the really early reveals of the game showed gigantic ant like creatures (just as artwork not something in the game).

EDIT: And I was just saying that was what inspired them to make the game not that that is what its about, on that account I have no idea.

No to Sleeping Dogs (wait for it to be on sale) and maybe for Madden 12.



I'm still debating to get FIFA 13 tomorrow. Played the demo and the fluidity of the game has changed a bit, so it may be its worth copping along with DOA.

Yeah, I thinking about Sleeping Dogs during xmas time. I'm really debating with Madden '13 because I haven't played in years.

I'm getting Fifa '13. Did trade-in of old games and payed $37 which wasn't bad. I don't buy video games much.

I don't know if I want to get madden 13 or borderlands 2 as I wait for the late october releases. Man, I haven't played tekken in a long while might pick up tag tournament if I find somebody to beat up on with Hwoarang haha.

Soo frustrated from last night.

Played DOA5 and its awesome, but I kept getting my ass kicked against the computer. I knew I was going to be rusty, but not that rusty. Going to have to practice till my fingers gets blisters.

No, you're not rusty... DoA5 went to shit... I've wrote bout it on random thought section, but seriously DoA5 has lost all the good/fun concept of this game series... I'm so pissed that I've wasted my money on this game
