You're basically saying a bicycle helmet is poor quality if it can't stand up to a grenade explosion.

A superior wheel will bend, like Volks, which gives the driver enough time to react to ensue safety, but an inferior wheel will shatter to pieces.

AGAIN... Can we get back on topic? I did not subscribe to this thread to hear the broken record that is the ultimate "cheap wheel debate" which every car forum has a gazillion threads on. I'll PM the admins for them to create a sticky thread so you all can vent, preach, and kumbaya in peace and stick to topic.

Take it from guys who use the wheels, in harsher environments than the parking lot looking "hellaflush", not these dweebs who "design" or know all about the construction of all wheels, and yet don't own either. Back on topic .... enough already

For what it's worth... I've had the car for about 6 weeks, every time it's out of the garage I have people stopping at my house, restaurants, wherever we are asking about the car, and especially the wheels. I've gotten many compliments, and honestly couldn't be happier with them..... even though they're "junk"

No Internet "dweeb" here =]
Use my 'shitty' gravity cast rpf1s on my tracked 400hp 240. Oh and my 'shitty' drag knock offs here with r comps for autox in the BRZ =] No failures from either of my sets =] Love your wheels, and plan to rock a set of XXR for daily duty. Much rather curb a $550 set of wheels than a $4000 set am I right ???

JDM.... but .. but .. you know those wheels will disintegrate when your headed to 7/11, or you're going to hit some pebbles in the road and they're going to crack... Get real, you need $4000 wheels to have any kind of "street cred"
Funnies thing is, I've seen more cars @ the track w/RFP1's than any other wheel... Next to those I've seen Rota/XXR's .... on real race cars, never heard of a failure!! Car looks good man! I love these wheels, and yeah, if I do damage one, I can have another one on my door w/in 3 business days, and under $200, can't say the same for any of the niche "superior" brands |

I plan on picking up these rims in bronze for my car next spring. I think I already said that earlier in this thread but then the 2nd page turned into an argument. Glad we are back to loving your car and your wheels! Look great!!
