Get a window cleaner and spray a shit ton on it and then take a NEW razrblade to it. Make sure the razer blade is about a 45 degree angel and move from top to bottom, not side to side. Thats a way for us AZ people to get our windows back to normal from the acidity of the rain when we do get rain.

I always just use an Ammonia free cleaner, spray it onto a MF towel, wipe and clean glass, then finish it off with a dry towel.

I use... THE WORLD'S BEST GLASS CLEANER!!!!111... but seriously, no streaks using a single MF towel. There's just something about the way it dries. You just have to make sure not to apply too much foam.

Looks like everyone is focused more on glass cleaning products rather then process? You could use the "best", most popular product, but totally screw up your windows if you don't know what you're doing and what to look for. Anyone know how to clean your windows properly?

Invisible Glass is the best. Use newspaper. My windows are to tinted, I've never had a problem with any car. Don't use the one with the rain repellant on the inside windows though.

Thanks to all who suggested newspaper. Had never heard that before and tried it today.
Put Maguires glass cleaner on with a pad and then polished off with newspaper. The newspaper was amazing - no streaks, easy as, and no cloth to wash afterwards.
