Stoner's Invisible Glass. It's tint-safe, has no blue dyes or streaking agents, and has a rain repellent. You can pick it up at Walmart for like $6-7.

Stoner's, have two towels ready. One for the initial wipe down and the other for follow up to rid of any potential streaking.

The type of cleaner is less important than the technique. For non smokers, even clean water by itself will usually do the trick. As Mike noted above, two towels is the key to streakless windows. As soon as the first towel is even damp, switch to the second towel for buffing. A dry buffing towel is the key to streakless windows. Ammonia based cleaners can affect window tint, so alcohol based cleaners are a safer bet. Personally, i use two waffle weave towels as the weave pattern helps "scrub" the glass while the MF picks up a ton of cleaner easily.

A little soap and water in a spray bottle works great.

I think I'll pick up a bottle of stoners later and give it a try.
I assume for the inside I can clean it any time, and it won't hurt the tint right? As for the outside, when do you use it during a car wash... or do you just use car wash soap for the windows at that time? |
