@Calum

That much dirt and trees on this side of the country is probably at least $1M anywhere within a 45 minute drive of where I live. Probably closer to $3M if that drive is west. Damn Vancouver real-estate prices...

My wife had the same situation some time ago. No need for police since it is in the parking lot (not their jurisdiction). Do get the insurance agent involve and pass the insurance info of other driver to your agent. Eventually the agents for both parties will chat and determine who is going to pay for what. Make sure to remind your agent that the other driver back into you.

Btw, did you horn the other driver before she hit you? That could mean something. And as @whaap said, get a witness for traffic accident to prove your case.

Hope that helps.

If so, I'd threaten to go back to the cops about it.

People have a knack for conveniently re-evaluating their own culpability a few days after an accident.
Not originally, since my damage really does not look like too much, most of the cost to fix is hassle and because it is on that small area between the back door and the wheel well. I am formulating a response to her now which threatens to have my insurance go after her (raising both of our rates no doubt) and go to the police.

That friend of my dad's says it would really help since the issue has just come up - the issue is not the collision anymore, it is the person who hit me.

Sorry.
My dad's friend who is an agent said it is definitely NOT a no-fault situation, given that she backed into me and that I have pictures that prove it. But we will see, this may go to court if they don't decide to tell the truth.

It was a parking lot owned by my university so I am going to the campus police. Her reverse lights were very dim and it was a very bright day so I did not see them. After I got out of my car, she kept reversing and I had to squint in order to see if the reverse lights were on. I had to run to her car to keep her from driving off

Yeah I know, I had a short posting to Esquimalt. After talking to some of the guys about what they were paying for housing my jaw hit the floor.

The only thing is though, most places out there have much fancier amenities. I've got laminate counters and floors and that's pretty common here. I priced man made counters a few years ago, but just couldn't justify the ~$11000.

Well, that and your lack of winter. We had a frost warning for today!

In case anyone is wondering, I paid 198 for 1.2 acres and 2400 sqft, brand new. Not showing off, theres plenty of better deals if you go farther from the city. Just showing the comparison to the left coast.

That's like a 1BR + Den (big closet they say is a 'room') in Surrey. Surrey!

I have to go throw up now...

Why is it so many drivers don't know how an on-ramp works....

Lol 4 physical yrs isn't bad... I can handle 4yrs. Just when 10 yrs difference, only way I'll date her is if we really matches. Not saying its impossible... Just that's rare to come by... it's like finding perfect not harassed Supra turbo (mk4) or AE86 pure stock. Lol

& as for mental age, all guys haven't grown up since 10 Yrs old... Specially these car-freaks (me including) lmao

So it seems that she did not see you, and were not even aware of that she hit you. Tell your agent about that.

Good luck.

Wikipedia seems to disagree on the dates
But yea I definitely remember a time when cell phones were pretty rare and people didn't spend 100% of their time on the internet (only like 50% lol), but it seemed like in the few years after elementary school that quickly changed. I still didn't have a cell phone in 8th grade, actually, but most people did (I think where I live had something to do with that).
