lol yeah, that wasn't my video though. most of these mods I planned on doing with mine (sadly my BRZ is in the shop still due to CEL cam replacement and backordered parts) If I had an FR-S I would jump on that Carbon Fiber look here is another thread about it

BTW, which parts are exactly leather? I just see ALOT of suede... NVM, after a closer look... the white is, correct?

Instead of carbon fiber for the dash, you might also consider white to carry your theme further.

For the shifter, Just pick up one of the after-market shifter knobs. WC Lathworks will stitch it in white for you.
Or you can just get a completely white knob from a number of different vendors that post on here.
