Theyre more like features of 5 Axis.
Yeah I hear you. Btw I think Ichi and you did a great job with the photoshopped versions. I agree with just about everyone else that Mk3 is much nicer looking than Mk2. Much nicer. However personally I am having a hard time seeing anything unique with the Mk3 when you start taking away things that won't make it to production. Does that make sense?

It makes sense, but like I said, you probably dont appreciate the shape of the body.

ok, we know that 5 axis did the wheels and brakes, but is it really confirmed that they did custom front and rear bumpers? i don't think they were very specific about what was done by 5 axis and what was done by toyota.

No I appreciate the look of the FR-S prototype, probably because it looks a lot better than the Mk2. It also goes back to much of the great design of the Mk1. I don't dislike the FR-S prototype at all.

Well, judging from previous designs, 5 Axis likes wide body kits, flush 20 inch wheel fitment, and sometimes a crazy rear diffuser(as seen in their green tc, however, the last tC's diffuser is actually quite reserved). From this we can assume the wheels are definitely theirs, and as for the brakes it was probably an idea spawned in the office when scion told them this car was about "functional beauty". As for the diffuser, it could be from either toyota or 5 axis or even scion. The body is quite obviously derived from toyota, as scion isnt capable of such flowing curves lol

60-75% of the design elements of the MkII are in the MkIII concept. the rear fenders aren't any wider, they are the same sa the MkII. What they did was add a crease at the bottom (as seen on the MkI) that accentuates the crease on the rear fenders and make them look wider. Up front they increase the rake of the windscreen and seemingly made the hood itself a little lower, but the fenders bulges look almost the same size to me. The fenders have a small cut at the rear that slims the lower part much like the ferrari 599.... seriously.. this thing is a mkII with a better green house and the nasty deign features eliminated/improved. No way this thing is a kitted MkII.

I agree. I think the dark color on the mkii make it hard to see the lines but i see the fr-s as a mild evolution of the mkii.
