Was this the automatic impound that came in recently? Is it for anything 30+ km/h over?

Ouch that ticket is terrible!!
I was caught going about 160km or so on a 70km stretch of road at 2 in the morning. I explained to the officer my leather gear shift was frozen and pulling my transmission out of gear (or worse, into a lower cog gear (2nd,4th) and I was speeding up and slowing down between lights to unthaw it before I got to the highway.

He let me go with a warning..told me to use the money I saved that night on a nice dinner for my gf (I was driving home from her place)

I was quite lucky then... I think I am about 50:50 for being let go on tickets vs getting them now. so like.. 7:7 ish

^ Not yet.

I'm still waiting on a bunch of parts. Not too sure why the lengthly hold up is for on some of these but I'm still waiting on my Perrin lightweight pulley, 5axis spoiler, Airaid intake (Getting shipped soon) and SRT headerback exhaust.

I'm not going to do anything with my headlights until the Pulley comes as I want to do it all at once when the bumper is off and I have all that room.

Should be soon tho! I will update this thread once I get all my parts.

Alright small update time

Installed my Airaid Intake a couple days ago. 1st off just want to say dealing with AJUSA and Airaid have been a pleasure and I look forward to any future transactions with them as they have been top notch with service and the part itself.

My 5Axis spoiler also finally came in after 2+ months of wait time and not communication from ToyotaPartsOutlet (Blake). While I can bitch about the service and the experience all thread long, I won't. It was bad there isn't much left to say about that and I won't be a customer of either places again but the product itself was very nice. Fitment is great, instructions are easy to follow and part includes everything you would need.

My SRT exhaust is coming in on Friday (according to UPS) and I have no clue when my Perrin Pulley is suppose to be here but I was assured it shouldn't take very long. I plan to dyno the car before throwing on the SRT headerback exhaust so expect numberspretty soon. I really want this Perrin Pulley to come soon as I plan to throw it on once I have my bumper off for the HID Retrofit, clear corners as well as headlight housing blackout.

Currently I have not redded out the tails again and for the better as after this wonderful summer we have had it rained quite a bit yesterday and I noticed I got another leaking set of taillights...

Are you eff-ing serious???

Hopefully it gets resolved sooner rather than later; demand compensation for your time wasted if this was through Open Road Scion.

Better then having a leaking set of t-tops that you can only buy one half of the seals for. just ask my girlfriend after going through a touch-less car wash. Lol. Sorry to hear that though. Whens the next time you guys are planning on getting together.

I know Opeanroad is a big waste of time.

This will be my last time there as soon as the GM gets back to me then I'm taking ym car somewhere else for servicing and issues. Eric I'm looking your way.

Was about to do a update and post up pictures but its just more bad news for me

Yesterday found a gaint dent on my car... driver side fender... looks like someone tall was leaning really hard looking at the car and pushed the panel in. No note was left just a dent the size of my fist....

Getting her fixed up today hopefully and will have pics and update done sometime after my baby is okay again.

Quick update tho I now have my SRT headerback and Perrin Pulley installed. Car feels and sounds great!
