At least you'll have something to look forward to in the morning! Although I have a feeling you won't sleep tonight. ;)

Yes I am I was looking at this Delrin knob

http://www.fastwrx.com/podesixspshk.html

After seeing your video explaining the shitty job done by some of these aftermarket companies on headers I would love to see you make a header!

What did you have in mind anyways?

Hate working with plastic but we do have some white copolymer Acetron (almost the same as Delrin). I have aluminum (6061 T6 extruded bar) in any size but I can't get it anodized through work. Stainless steel (303 and 304) any size and a bar of titanium but it is only 1" diameter so probably too small.

The metals I can do whatever shape manually, plastic I'm not well equipped to do. I could grind some form tools, though. Must be axially symetric though (round looking straight down).

No engraving either. Pretty sure I have the right tap somewhere, too.

Throw out some ideas.
